Pastor Razor matriculated through DeVry Institute of Technology, the Roosevelt University in Chicago, Il, the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is certified as an instructor by the International Board of Standards for Training Performance and Instruction (IBSTPI) and the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA).  As the Global Training Manager for an International technology engineering corporation, he successfully designed and developed numerous courses and delivered training globally for 22 years. In this

position, he also managed up to 19 Training Specialists in 13 countries on 5 of the world's 7 continents. He achieved the status of Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Instruction, Knowledge Transfer, and Training field. In 2002, he founded Charity In The Community, (CITC), a community technology Training Center that designed and developed technology courses that prepared the participant for prestigious technology certifications. CITC delivered these courses to community residents. Under Pastor Razor's leadership and guidance, CITC became a Cisco Training Partner and a CompTIA 'Education to Careers' training partner. CITC is responsible for training hundreds of community residents and certifying them as Cisco IT Networking Specialists and CompTIA Networking Analysts. He started pastoring Faith Hope & Charity Ministries in 2002, within 2 years they purchased a two building facility, using one building as the church and the other building as a Community Training Center. Then in 2017, they purchased a new church facility and continued to operate the previous two building facility as a training center and meeting spaces for local churches. Under his leadership, Faith Hope & Charity Ministries continues to grow and impact the community, the city, the nation and the world. Pastor Razor is an excellence driven professional that leads by example.
